You might have a hard time walking, wearing shoes, or even putting pressure on your limbs.

If you are swelling a lot, drink lots of water. This will help to flush the salt out of your system. Then go on a low sodium diet so that you don't have the salt in your body to hold onto the water you are drinking.

2. Exercise

Although it may seem impossible when you are pregnant, exercising is one of the best things for you. You may just want to rest all day, and for some women with complications, this is advised. However, if you are a healthy woman, you should be exercising.

Exercising will strengthen the muscles around the stomach, back, and hips. This will help to better support the baby so that your body doesn't hurt as much. Doing simple exercises like walking, light weight lifting, and even yoga is a fantastic way to handle discomfort during pregnancy.

3. Eat Small Meals and Get Plenty Of Sleep

Nausea is very common during pregnancy. If you are incredibly nauseous, you need to be sure that you are taking care of your body. You should never go long periods without eating. The hungrier you are, the worse the nausea will be. Eat high protein meals every couple hours and snack throughout the day.

In addition, when your body is tired it will cause you to be nauseous. This is why you should make sure that you are getting plenty of sleep. Go to bed earlier and give yourself time to wake up in the morning. You can even have a snack next to the bed to eat before you get up. This will help with the morning sickness.
